About this policy
This policy explains personal data processing when you visit the Nexo Media corporate website at nexomediamarketing.es/ or contact us through the channels it lists. It is available in Spanish, Chinese and English. Where a later engagement involves specific processing, additional information will be provided in the relevant business documentation.

2. Information we process
When you browse, the server may record your IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, browser information and referring page where your browser provides it. These records support website operation, troubleshooting and security. Language preferences are described in the Cookie Policy.
When you contact us by email, telephone or WeChat, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details and enquiry. Provide only what is needed; do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless necessary and requested through an appropriate channel. The public website currently has no enquiry forms, visitor registration, comments, shop or newsletter subscription.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and quotations: responding to your request and preparing a possible engagement, based on precontractual steps requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in professional communication (Article 6(1)(f)).
Operation and security: delivering pages, preventing misuse and resolving incidents, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations: complying with applicable duties and lawful requests (Article 6(1)(c)). Browsing this website is not used for personalised advertising or automated decisions with legal effects. Visiting or contacting us does not constitute consent to marketing messages.
4. Retention
Enquiries are retained while being handled and, if a contractual relationship follows, for that relationship and applicable legal retention and liability periods. When no longer needed, data will be deleted or, where required, restricted to the handling of liabilities. The period depends on the enquiry and the obligations involved.
Technical logs currently rotate according to file size and volume, rather than a fixed number of days. Records connected with an incident may be retained during its investigation and the handling of related liabilities. Cookie lifetimes are listed separately.
5. Recipients and external services
Necessary information may be accessible to hosting, maintenance and communications providers involved in delivering the service, and to authorities where legally required. Our contact mailbox uses Google Gmail; sending an email involves the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Gmail is not embedded in the public pages.
Google Maps and other external services open when you follow their links; no Google map is embedded. If you use WeChat or visit a social platform, that provider applies its own privacy policy. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area; their policies describe the applicable conditions and safeguards. Review Google’s Privacy Policy and the privacy information in your messaging application before providing data. Telephone and postal contact are also available.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the email or postal address in section 1, identifying yourself, the right you wish to exercise and the relevant data. Additional identity information will only be requested where necessary.
We normally respond within one month; complexity or the number of requests may justify a further two months, with notice within the first month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), particularly if you believe your request has not been addressed.
7. Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS and administration is restricted to authorised users. No account is needed to read public content. We will review this policy if our services or processing change; the date above identifies the latest update.
