Cookie Policy

What cookies are and who uses them
Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Local and session storage are similar device storage mechanisms. This policy covers the website provided by NEXO MEDIA Y MARKETING SL (tax ID B75579581) at nexomediamarketing.es/. Contact: nexomediaionos@gmail.com; C. Río Tormes, 43, 28947 Fuenlabrada, Madrid, España; +34 688 550 826.
1. Current configuration
Public pages use a first-party Polylang cookie to remember the language of the requested page. They currently contain no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or embedded videos, maps or social feeds. Images are served by this website. Google Maps and other platforms are external links, not embeds: those services open when you follow a link.
2. Language cookie
The server sets pll_language when you visit a page in a particular language and updates it when you change languages. It contains only the language code es, zh or en, not an advertising identifier. Automatic browser-language detection is disabled.
| Name / provider | Purpose and scope | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| pll_language · first-party / Polylang | Requested language; path /; Secure and SameSite=Lax. | 1 year from creation or update. |
3. Administration access
These technical cookies relate to the login screen or authenticated users. They are not all installed simply by reading a public page. Variable suffixes identify the installation or user.
| Name / provider | Purpose and scope | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| wordpress_test_cookie · WordPress | Checks browser cookie support when opening the login screen. | Session. |
| wordpress_[hash], wordpress_sec_[hash], wordpress_logged_in_[hash] · WordPress | Authentication and login state for authorised users; the variant depends on context. | Session by default (token: 2 days). “Remember me”: 14-day token; the cookie may expire 12 hours later. |
| wp-settings-[UID], wp-settings-time-[UID] · WordPress | Interface preferences for authenticated users. | 1 year. |
| wp_lang · WordPress | Language chosen using the login-screen language selector. | Session. |
4. Editor storage
Elementor includes local or session storage mechanisms under the key “elementor” for tool states and preferences. Their presence depends on the features used, particularly editing with an authorised account. Local storage may remain until you clear site data; session storage ends with the tab session, subject to browser behaviour. This storage has not been configured as an advertising measurement tool on public pages.
5. Consent and controls
The current configuration is limited to technical functions and the requested language. There are no optional advertising or analytics categories to activate through a banner. Remembering a visitor’s own language choice solely for that purpose may be exempt from consent under AEPD guidance. Browsing does not constitute consent to future optional uses.
You can delete or block cookies and storage for nexomediamarketing.es in your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting them removes your language preference and may log you out of administration. Visiting again without blocking cookies will create the language cookie again. Blocking cookies may prevent editor login, although the information pages remain accessible at their language-specific URLs.
If non-essential cookies are introduced, they must remain blocked until consent, with clear accept, reject and configuration options and a way to withdraw your choice. This policy will be updated to identify their providers, purposes and duration before those features are activated.
6. Further information and updates
The lifetimes listed reflect the configuration reviewed on the date of this page; software updates and browser settings may affect actual storage. See our Privacy Policy for personal data processing and your rights. External services apply their own policies when you use them.
